Michaela and Antonio met when she was a senior in high school and he was a junior in college at a Florida College Missouri camp in 2014. She had a crush on him immediately, but they parted ways and didn’t see one another until the next summer. When she decided to go to FC after graduating high school, Michaela knew Antonio would be attending as a senior and secretly hoped something would happen. In October 2015, after considering asking her out for several weeks, he finally asked her to get frozen yogurt with him, a first date which lasted 3 hours!!! Michaela and Antonio became official in November 2015, and by January 2016 we knew it was love. May 2016 was the beginning of 20 straight months of long distance from his home in New Jersey and her new school in Texas. He moved to Texas in January of 2018 and proposed in October! I am thrilled to be capturing their wedding on June 27th of next year. Because they are both teachers, they have dreams of moving abroad and teaching for a year, hopefully in Spain!
